Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Electrical Engineer or Electrical Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in real-world electrical equipment design and manufacturing.
Whether you have an engineering degree or a strong drafting/design background, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and production teams to develop drawings, support projects, and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of engineered-to-order products
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design of low- and medium-voltage switchgear and switchboards
- Create and modify electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings (AutoCAD Electrical)
- Interpret one-line diagrams, project specifications, and customer requirements
- Support Bill of Materials (BOM) development and updates
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and project management teams
- Assist with submittals, documentation, and drawing revisions
- Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
Electrical Engineer Position:
Electrical Engineer Position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- Basic understanding of electrical power systems and distribution
Electrical Designer / Drafter Position:
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience
- Strong experience with AutoCAD or electrical drafting
Preferred for Both:
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical or similar tools
- Ability to read electrical schematics and one-line diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Internship, co-op, or hands-on experience in manufacturing or electrical systems is a plus

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
