We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Fabrication Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise in metal fabrication, welding, and forming processes who can motivate a team to deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the fabrication shop.
- Oversee workflow from raw material intake to finished product.
- Assign and manage tasks for fabricators, welders, machinists, and support staff.
- Enforce safety, quality, and production standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to meet deadlines and resolve production issues.
- Maintain inventory levels and equipment functionality.
- Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in metal fabrication, welding, machining, or a related trade.
- Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a fabrication/manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, welding procedures, and shop equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to enforce safety protocols and quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in welding, fabrication, or related fields.
- Experience with CNC Press Brakes, CNC Lasers, CNC Turret Punch.
- Lean manufacturing experience.

Compensation: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
